· Days, dates and hours of shuttle service
· Ideally what is maximum wait between buses at peak and off-peak times

· Number of exhibiting companies
· Number of exhibiting personnel, they ride the shuttle, too! |

· Tell us about your past shuttle experiences
· What did you like about previous shuttles?
· What didn't you like about previous shuttles?

Providing us with as much of the above information will be greatly appreciated and will allow us to provide you with a comprehensive shuttle bid. However, we can also do bids based on assumptions. Therefore, if you can't give us everything we need, give us what you have and we'll do the rest.
This information can be transferred to us in the medium of your choice; Snail-mail, e-mail, priority mail, fax, etc. Please allow us adequate time to do our job. No two bids are alike and some take longer than others.
